The apartment was fabulous, clean, and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find a 20L bottle of water provided. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and different types of cuisine. The spa-like surroundings gave us a relaxing and peaceful vibe.

We encountered some issues during check-in, as we did not receive the codes to access the apartment complex and had to borrow a stranger's phone to call for assistance. the shower water was salt and the showerhead had a mist-like flow, which was not ideal.

I keep coming back to this amazing place in Tulum. The staff is super helpful, they even gave me a local food delivery number on my first stay. It has everything I need, including free Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, and a fully equipped kitchen. Can't wait to be back for Christmas!
